Discover Woodlawn's Explorer Program

Woodlawn invites you to come and experience the magic that is happening in our Early Childhood classrooms. The Explorer program is preschool reimagined, one that is truly child centered and recognizes the importance of play, space, and time.

We work each day to nurture your child’s wonder, spirit and curiosity to become life-long learners. 

On this special day, you and your child will be welcome to play and explore our indoor and outdoor learning spaces, feeling what makes our program uniquely different from any other program. You will be provided the opportunity to speak with the experts and find out how we are choosing to honor the childhood of our students. 

Explorers engage with nature daily and are encouraged to join in those serendipitous moments that fuel a love for learning. Join us for one such moment as we participate in a fairy tea party in Woodlawn’s Garden.

Explorers Discovery Day Schedule
 
9:00 am - 9:20 am - Meet and greet inside the Explorer’s classroom.
 
9:20 am - 9:40 am - Overview of Explorers Early Childhood program.
 
9:40 am - 10:30 am - Children explore the Early Childhood classroom. Parents may participate with their child in a fairy tea party at our Woodlawn Garden.  Optional tour of campus.
 
10:30 am - Explorers Discovery Day Ends
