The ONE Woodlawn Golf Tournament takes place at River Run Country Club in Davidson, NC, one of the finest private golf courses in the Lake Norman region. The day runs 10 AM to 5 PM: registration, a full shotgun-start tournament, and a silent auction supporting the ‘Blazer Fund.

Our annual golf tournament includes a Silent Auction with curated items for yourself, your favorite people, and some of the most sought-after athletic experiences and auction items of the day.

Check in at River Run Country Club, Davidson, NC. Country Club Casual attire. Golf bags are welcome at the course.

11:00 AM · Shotgun Start

All teams tee off simultaneously at assigned holes. Silent auction bidding opens.

3:00 PM · Tournament Concludes

Golfers finish their rounds. Scores are tallied and awards are presented. Silent auction bidding continues.

5:00 PM · Silent Auction Closes

Silent auction bidding closes. Winners are announced. Class art projects, experiences, and curated items go to the highest bidders.

Do I have to play golf? +

The ONE Woodlawn Golf Tournament is a golf event. Tickets are for golfers participating in the shotgun-start tournament and silent auction. Contact the Advancement team with any questions about attendance options.

What is the dress code? +

Country Club Casual throughout the tournament day.

What is the silent auction? +

Silent auction items are on display throughout the tournament day. Bidding opens at the shotgun start and closes at 5 PM. Items include experiences, services, and the beloved student-made class art projects from every division.

Where do the proceeds go? +

100% of tournament profits go directly to the Woodlawn ‘Blazer Fund to support student programming, faculty development, and financial aid. The tournament is one of Woodlawn’s most important annual fundraising events.

Can I donate an auction item? +

Yes. Gift certificates, signed memorabilia, vacation packages, experience tickets, and other items are all welcome. Contact the Advancement team to arrange your donation.

River Run Country Club is located in Davidson, NC, just minutes from Mooresville, Cornelius, Huntersville, and the Lake Norman region. It is easily accessible from the greater Charlotte metro area. The full address is confirmed with your registration.
