Your gift funds
what tuition cannot.
Nearly every independent school operates with a gap between what tuition covers and what a truly excellent education costs. Tuition income covers 92% of Woodlawn’s annual revenue. Charitable contributions, including the ‘Blazer Fund, cover the remaining 8%. That difference is not a rounding error. It is the margin between ordinary and extraordinary.
Gifts to the ‘Blazer Fund have funded teacher wish lists, playground renovations, a new gym floor, upgraded HVAC and technology systems, professional development in project-based learning for every faculty member, and need-based financial aid that keeps Woodlawn accessible to families who belong here.
