Co-ed varsity swimming competes in winter in the NCISAA Class 1A/2A. The program has produced multiple state top-five finishes, including #1 finishes for both boys and girls, from a starting point of a single middle school club team in 2010.

Woodlawn fields competitive swimming teams with no cuts. Every enrolled Middle or Upper School student who wants to compete has a place on the roster. The program is built to develop athletes from wherever they start and challenge them through every season.
