Jump Into Fun at Blazer Back to School Night

When: Monday, August 22 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

*New this year!! Middle and Upper School will have a back-to-school orientation during this event. 

• US Orientation – 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm – Lodge
• MS Orientation – 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm – Lodge

Who: All Pre-K through 12th-grade Woodlawn students and families

Where: Woodlawn Campus – Please click here for our event map.

• Pre-K – 5th grade families – Please park in the Stinson gravel lot.
• 6th – 12th grade families – Please park in the Alumni gravel lot.
• Family Check-in will be located in the Lodge Patio area. 

What: 

• Pre-K – 12th Grade Meet & Greet: This informal school-wide event allows families to meet teachers and staff, drop off school supplies, and mingle with other Woodlawn family and friends. 
• Middle and Upper School Orientation – This is an opportunity to hear an overview of back-to-school information, the logistics of each division, and receive a locker.
• Food: There will be food available for purchase from McCann’s Place and Too Cheesy Grilled Cheese food trucks. Each family will receive a ticket for free ice cream from Ma & Pa’s Ice Cream truck.
• Fun: We will have music and open-air inflatables in the campus Quad for some outdoor fun. 
• Family Check-In, Parent Connection, and Nurses Corner – Please stop by the family check-in center in the Lodge patio area. You will receive your back-to-school folder and free ice cream ticket here. New students will also receive a free Woodlawn t-shirt. You will have the opportunity to hand in any health-related forms, learn more about volunteering with Parent Connection, and discover Extended Day opportunities available for your child.

STUDENT ATHLETE REMINDER

Please make sure that all student athletes turn in the health forms listed below.

• A current physical must be on file prior to first practice. You may use this form or the standard form provided by your physician.
• A concussion form must be completed prior to first practice. Concussion form is found here.
